Special Offer: The apartment is booked for these dates but the house ( www.olmares.es ) is free at a special rate of Euros 750 for a group of 4 or Euros 900 for a group of 6.
Prices are for the apartment and not per person. Aslo your stay with us can normally start on any day of the week to allow you to take advantage of cheaper mid-week airfares. In the low season we accept bookings for less than a week but there is always a minimum of 3 nights.
Prices include: water, wood, electricity, central heating, bed-linen (real sheets, not nylon), towels & tea towels, cleaning products and starter breakfast pack.
Kitchen areas in 2-person apartments have ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, toaster etc. Kitchen area in 4-person apartment has ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher toaster etc. and the living area has a wood-burning stove. Dont forget the salon also has a wood burning stove.
There is a fully equipped laundry room where you may do any washing, drying and ironing.
All apartments have satellite TV with English news and sports channels and the communal salon has wide-screen TV with video.
Water is supplied direct from mountain streams and this is drinkable, we like it, but you may prefer to drink bottled water.
Your accommodation will generally be ready for your arrival between 4 and 6 pm and you are requested to leave by 10.00am.
To confirm your booking we ask for 25% of the rent in advance. In the event of cancellation less than eight weeks before your stay this deposit is non-refundable. The balance is payable on your arrival and also a deposit of 60 (120 for the large apartment) to cover breakages, damage and any extra cleaning. The refundable deposit will be posted to you by Sterling cheque or transferred online to your UK account within a week of your departure.
